At the bottom of the hill, where the extremely famous town of Cortona is and which is renowned not only for its antique fairs but also because of its splendid position dominating the Chiana valley as far as Lake Trasimeno, there is a small residential cum tourist complex, made up of just 11 apartments. These apartments have been obtained from the restoration of an ancient medieval farmhouse construction and whose oldest part presumably dates back to the 15th C. The terracotta floors and the old wooden structure of the load bearing part of the roofs (beams and joists) have been mantained.
