It develops entirely on the ground floor and has its private access from the front of the structure through a furnished, covered patio.
The property can be booked in three versions: Doganella for 4 persons and Dogana in the version for 12 persons, or both apartments together totalling 16 persons.

Up two steps from the patio, entrance is directly into the living/dining room with fireplace and national TV. Through the dining area is the kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven and fridge with freezer.
To the left of the living room and through an open arch is a hallway. In the hall are doors to: the double bedroom with private ensuite complete bathroom with shower, to the twin bedded room (the beds can be united on request), and to the second complete bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The double bedroom has a door to the outside garden. Down one step at the end of the hall is the study.

There is a door to the courtyard also in the hallway. This apartment is comfortably furnished and its whitewashed walls, wood beamed ceilings and cotto floors reflect typical Tuscan architecture. Telephone is not available in this apartment, but only in the main house. A baby cot is available for guest use.
