One of our stylish villas in south of France with private pool.
With spectacular views across the valley of Grasse, and West towards Lac St Cassien and the village of Cabris, this is a haven for those wishing to get away from it all.
Villa Cigale is a well appointed private home, with many rooms exiting onto the pool terrace to enhance the pleasure of outdoor living. The swimming pool has a graded entrance, which is ideal for young children.This villa on the French Riviera is a great base for enjoying the Cote d'Azur, being only 25 minutes from Cannes and the beach.
Discreet owners live in an independent, unobtrusive apartment below the villa with a separate entrance. This is one of our most well located villas in south of France with private pool.

On one level: Living/dining room, patio doors to terrace with panoramic mountain, sea & lake views, (TV,video,CD, DVD), fully fitted kitchen, Master double bedroom (1.60m), patio doors to pool terrace, sea view, ensuite bathroom, WC. Please note this room has an orthopaedic bed. Single bedroom, ensuite shower room, WC. Studio double bedroom (1.50m), shower room, WC and kitchenette. A double convertible sofa is available. The studio exits onto a covered terrace.
Grounds: Large deck terrace, dramatically positioned pool with secure fencing, lawn garden. Because of some drops behind the pool area, we do not recommend this property for young children. Unenclosed grounds.

Important Information Staff: 3 hours maid service per week included.

Distances: Cabris and Speracedes Villages 700yds, Grasse 5 miles, Cannes & beach 25 mins.
