The house itself is fairly compact yet well equipped, but the extensive outdoor areas dotted with olive trees, cacti and flower beds make this an idyllic spot for a relaxing holiday. The swimming pool (6m x 4m, depth 0.7m to 1.8m, with ladder and separate small paddling pool for toddlers) is surrounded by extensive terraces with covered BBQ area. There is a variety of shops and local restaurants in Santanyi, whilst Cala d’Or with its extensive amenities is just 6-7 min drive away.
