This lovely villa is in a delightfully peaceful and rural location near Gerani; a fairly large village with a couple of tavernas and supermarkets and two popular fish restaurants facing the lovely bay below the village. There's a pebbly beach about three kilometres from the villas and variety of other villages and beaches within a short drive.

Property Information

One of four neighbouring houses, Villa Gerani has an attractive poolside patio, with lawns surrounding the paved terrace around a free-form swimming pool and children's splash pool. A low stone wall separates the poolside terrace from the rolling tree-clad countryside beyond, across which the sea can be seen sparkling in the distance. There's a shaded patio overlooking the pool from which sliding doors open into the house. Here the kitchen is in one corner of the open-plan living area and the ground floor double bedroom has an adjacent shower room. On the first floor the other bedrooms share a bathroom and both have access onto private balconies overlooking the swimming pool and the olive groves beyond.
